μετάλημψις

μετάλημψις (v.l. μετάληψις; on the μ cp. λαμβάνω, beg.), εως, ἡ (Pla.+; OGI 764, 15; POxy 1200, 36; 1273, 39; Philo, Plant. 74; Just., A I, 67, 5) the condition of having a share in someth., sharing ἃ ὁ θεὸς ἔκτισεν εἰς μ. τοῖς πιστοῖς which God created for the faithful to share in 1 Ti 4:3 (cp. μεταλαμβάνω 1).
